The electric Volkswagen T1 e-Bulli project, whose first tips were shared about a month ago, was included among those introduced digitally due to the coronavirus.
The countdown has ended for the electric Volkswagen T1 e-Bulli project, which we learned will be implemented by the official channels in February. Within the scope of the planning, the model, which is expected to be introduced at the Techno Classica 2020 fair, which will open its doors in Germany, was fitted to the Coronavirus barrier like all other fairs. As of today, the Volkswagen front has digitally revealed all the details of the vehicle through its official sources. The electrical project, which has considerable performance improvements compared to the classic version, is also far ahead as driving dynamics.
Electric Volkswagen T1 e-Bulli specifications
When we first look at the battery section of the project called e-Bulli, it will meet a package of 45 kWh. Bringing up to 200 kilometers of range, the battery can bring it from 0 percent to 80 percent in just 40 minutes via fast charging support. Replacing the internal combustion unit in the classic version, the electric motor produces 82 horsepower and 156 Nm of torque. This is over 43 horsepower and 102 Nm of torque produced by the classic version. This situation reflects positively on T1’s performance data. The T1, which can reach a maximum speed of 105 km / h in the classic version, will feel the wind at 130 km / h limits with electricity conversion. Let’s not say that the vehicle is equipped with a single-stage automatic transmission. The project, which also includes up-to-date supports such as independent suspension system, disc brakes, LED headlight assembly, and multimedia screen, will be available as a conversion package at a price of € 64.900.
