Ozark, the well-known mod menu that is widely used in Red Dead Online and also supports Grand Theft Auto Online, has been removed as a result of Take-Two’s legal request. Ozark mode allowed players to make modifications for single player and multiplayer modes.
Thanks to this mod, which was sold for $ 25 on mod sales sites, it was possible to manipulate the game in many ways, from raising money to teleporting and more. The creator of the mod, D3skstool, announced that he received a legal notice from Take-Two to immediately close the mod, and thereupon the mod was removed.
“Despite some of the things in the letter I received, Ozark had an excellent community, thank you all for being a part of it,” says D3skstool.
Although the mod has been removed, it is still on the list of some mod sales sites, it will probably be deleted from all of them in a short time.
Take-Two has been after various mods for a while, especially the closing of some single-player modes related to GTA 3, which has accelerated the rumors that they are “preparing for Grand Theft Auto 3 Remaster”.
