Garmin has added new models to its range. The most notable is the Garmin Fenix 6X Pro Solar.
Garmin has reached a large audience with smartwatch models especially for athletes and continues to expand its product range. At this point, the company has raised the bar with the new Fenix GPS models, as mentioned above, especially with the Garmin Fenix 6X Pro Solar stands out.
This model marks a first for the company and carries an internal Power Glass. This Power Glass referred to as a clear lens, allows the watch to be charged from the sun. It is said that the clock is built on a 1.4-inch round screen, which can be used for 24 days in smartwatch mode. With a 51 mm case, the watch can function for as long as 15 hours when the built-in GPS unit is used continuously. With the help of the sun in battery-saving mode, the watch reaches every day for 120 days. The watch has a full retail price of $ 1,149. In this respect, we have a really expensive option.

Garmin Fenix 6X Pro Solar Power Glass
Even without the Power Glass, the new Fenix 6 hours can extend working hours with a new tool called Power Manager. You can show the battery levels of the device in days and hours instead of just percent, so you can better understand how long you can go uncharged. However, it also shows how different sensors, such as a heart rate monitor or GPS, can affect this number. To get more power, you can enable battery saving modes that disable specific sensors.
There is also a new PacePro feature to guide you in real-time. So instead of trying to remember what to do next time, you can speed up or slow down during your run. As you run, Fenix 6 shows your target split speed, your actual split speed, your distance to the next compartment, and how much time you’ve spent in front of or behind your target. It will also take into account your degree of ascent and adjust your goals accordingly.
Garmin also adds maps that can be downloaded to your watch for free from the accompanying app from ski resorts around the world. Existing maps for golf courses will also be upgraded in full color and will now show you the distance to the front, center, and back of each hole.
In addition to all updates, the Fenix 6 series will come with pre-packaged features. You’ll get Garmin Pay contactless payments, the company’s powerful fitness tracking tools, smartphone alerts on your wrist, and Amazon Music support (along with Spotify, Deezer, and iHeartRadio).
Compared to its predecessor, the Fenix 6 and 6X have larger 1.3-inch and 1.4-inch faces, respectively, while maintaining the same size as before. All three new models will have a Pulse Ox blood oxygen sensor, whereas the Fenix 5 is the most expensive Plus. The new Fenix series starts at $ 599. It’s good to see that Garmin has created a more extensive set of styles for a watch series that looks traditionally bulky and masculine. With new designs and features, the Fenix 6 series looks like an attractive watch for those who think seriously, but a stylish GPS watch.
