Recently, a private bank operating in Czechia faced a problem that deeply affected its customers. Some customers’ accounts millions of crowns lying, balances of some customers have also been reduced to negative.
Thousands of customers affected by this situation, which lasted for 6 hours, started to protest the bank on social media. A person who stated that he could not pay his account during his holiday abroad due to this problem experienced by the bank, will file a heavy compensation case brought it to the language.
Some customers’ balances doubled by 10
As you know, even banks with millions of customers can experience uninterrupted and perfect service to their customers. The biggest example of this has been in the past weeks. The incident experienced by Akbank we have always seen together. With these events, a new one was added from a private bank in Czechia.
Due to a malfunction in the system of the bank in question, many customers change in account balances was observed. In the midst of the complaints of customers who make sure to reflect on social media, “7,400,000 kroner (approximately 2,950,000 TL) has been deposited into my account. God accepted my prayers” and “My balance is 821,000 kroner (approximately 327,000 TL), I hope it won’t be permanent” expressions were included.
Another customer, who was on vacation in Croatia during the problem, stated that he could not pay his account due to the negative balance and that he was a victim during his vacation and that he would file a lawsuit against the bank. Bank official Katerina Petko, who later made statements about the issue, used the following terms; “We apologize for the incident that occurred. We detected and repaired the error in the system, and the accounts have returned to normal. We ask our customers who detect an unusual situation in their accounts to contact us. We ask our customers who use the funds added to their accounts to return the money”
